Cheese Sauce Pasta :

What is pasta ?

  • Pasta is the Italian name given to starchy noodle.
  • Generally made of grain flour, normally wheat, mixed into a paste or dough, sometimes with water or eggs, and fashioned or take sheets or different shapes. 
  • It's sometimes fried quickly by boiling or cooking.



Ingredients :

  • 100 grams pasta
  • 25 grams chilli flakes
  • 2 capsicum
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 2 tbsp pureed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp cheese sauce

Method of preparation :


1. In the pan heat water, add salt, pasta to it and let it boil.

2. In the same pan, heat some oil and add diced garlic and saute it.

3. Add chili flakes, mined capsicum to it and turn the flame to medium.

4. Now, add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and let it cook.

5. Now, strain the cooked pasta add it to the cheese sauce and mix it.

6. Once cooked, add cream to it, and mix it.

7. Finally serve it hot.



Cheese Sauce :

  1. Cook flour and add salt and spices with butter to remove any floury flavor.
  2. Slowly add in some milk whisk constantly . Keep adding a little at a time until it smooths out.
  3. Whisk until it reaches a boil and let bubble for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and add cheese.
  5.  Whisk until smooth.
